Weekly Fitness Classes Presented by Kaiser Permanente


Welcome to where the Bay Area community grows stronger, together. Get ready to bring out your inner athlete and make your way to Thrive City to take part in our Weekly Fitness Classes presented by Kaiser Permanente. Throughout July and October, we will offer a variety of classes featuring fitness influencers who help you achieve your fitness goals. These classes are open to all levels, no matter where you are in your wellness journey. Fitness class types, instructors, and more details to be announced!

Times:
Sundays (HIIT Bootcamp & Yoga): 10 a.m. - 12 p.m.
Wednesdays (Kickboxing & Yoga): 5:30 p.m. - 7:30 p.m.
