We understand that fans might have some concerns or want more clarity on certain subjects before attending a game at Chase Center. With that in mind, we’ve organized some frequently asked questions to assist in your gameday preparation.

Tickets may be resold or transferred up until tipoff of the designated game.
If you test positive for COVID-19 or if you or someone in your household is experiencing Covid-like symptoms, you should not attend a game. You will be eligible for a full refund of your ticket purchase, provided your tickets were purchased from the Warriors verified ticket marketplace.
If you are a Warriors Season Ticket Member, please reach out to your Membership Account Manager at least one hour before tipoff.
All other fans should contact the box office at least one hour before tipoff. Please call 888-GSW-HOOP (Option 7) or email chaseboxoffice@warriors.com
Consistent with San Francisco and California guidelines and health mandates as of August 2021, Chase Center will be open at up to 100% capacity (18,064 fans) for all 2021-22 Warriors games until further notice. All fans in attendance will be required to be fully vaccinated, as detailed in our Fan Safety Guide.

All Team Members and Guests, 24 months and older, are required to wear a mask covering their nose and mouth. Approved face masks include KN95, N95, cloth and surgical.
To promote a touchless/contactless experience, the Warriors have implemented a contactless environment utilizing Cash to Card Kiosks, Contactless Payment, and enhanced options through Mobile App ordering.
The Warriors are taking every possible measure to ensure the safety of our fans in accordance with guidelines provided by the Centers of Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and have undergone a series of building improvements and updates. ADA accommodations are available as needed. Team members assisting with wheelchair guests will be covered in all necessary PPE. Wheelchairs will be sanitized between uses.
Both the Mamava (Outside Portal 52) and Wellness Room (Portal 12) will be accessible. These areas will be sanitized after each use.
The charging station areas will be accessible. These areas will be sanitized frequently.
Yes, fans may consume food and beverages in their seats. However, all fans 24 months and older are required to wear a mask covering their nose and mouth except when actively eating or drinking.

With the exception of special diet items for medical purposes and baby formula/food, the Arena prohibits outside food & beverage. Glass jars and bottles are prohibited.
Our preferred method of payment is contactless forms of payment (tap n’ go credit cards, mobile payments, mobile ordering through our app). Many Eateries provide mobile ordering options. Cash customers can visit one of 5 cash to card kiosks and convert their cash to a prepaid, open-loop, debit card valid anywhere debit cards are accepted.

Parking availability varies event-to-event. Click here to view parking pass availability for your event.
Accessible parking spaces are available for purchase on site at the 150 Warriors Way Garage. Please have your placard visible upon arrival and a parking attendant will accommodate you.
There are a limited number of parking spaces on-site and within the Mission Bay neighborhood. For this reason, we recommend you reserve and pay for your spot at local garages ahead of time at chasecenter.com/parking.
There are a limited number of EV charging spots available on a first-come, first-served basis. You will need to first purchase a parking pass for that event. ChargePoint AC/Level 2 chargers are located on the second level of the 99 Warriors Way Garage. Please ask an attendant for assistance. Please download the ChargePoint app prior to your visit to enable charging.
Yes! Multiple options will be available to fans attending an event at Chase Center. See above public transit options.
Yes! You can ride Muni for free all day on your event day with your ticket!
