A celebration of Asian dumplings, Dumpling Time presents Japanese and Chinese dishes reimagined with local, California ingredients in a playful, fine-casual atmosphere. Dumplings are designed to be filling-forward and handmade with high-quality products with an emphasis on flavor and seasonality. This marks Dumpling Time's third stateside location and features a full bar and menu items unique to the Thrive City location in addition to classics such as the crispy Seafood Gyoza, boiled Xi’an Dumplings, and giant King-Dum pork soup dumpling.
