Service Animals
We love our trained service animals, and they are very much welcome inside Chase Center. We ask they remain on a leash or tether, or in a harness at all times unless these devices interfere with the service animal’s work or the person’s disability prevents use of these devices. A guest whose service animal poses a threat to the safety of other Chase Center guests or Team Members may be asked to escort the animal(s) off the premises. During their visit, the service animal(s) should sit in the guest’s lap or under their seat. If the animal does not fit on a lap or under the seat, Chase Center guests should purchase tickets in our WCA (wheelchair accessible) rows, as same day ticket exchange for accessible seating is very limited and likely will not be available.
Designated service animal relief areas are located outside on 16th Street. PLEASE NOTE: Chase Center has a “no re-entry” policy during all events. Guests who leave Chase Center during an event will not be admitted back for re-entry without an unused/unscanned ticket, therefore it is of utmost importance that you speak with a Chase Center Guest Experiences Team Member for help on exiting to the service animal relief area prior to leaving.
For further information on your service animal, please contact our Guest Experiences Team at GuestExperiences@Warriors.com.
