Santa Cruz Warriors Announce Annual Chase Center Game on March 9
The Golden State Warriors have announced that the Santa Cruz Warriors will host a home game against the Mexico City Capitanes at Chase Center on Sunday, March 9, 2025, at 12:30 p.m. The first 10,000 fans in attendance will receive a Sandcastle Stephen Curry Bobblehead, courtesy of Adobe. The game marks the eighth time the G League affiliate has played on Golden State’s home court, and the fourth time at Chase Center. Santa Cruz has a 2-1 record at Chase Center.
Tickets for the March 9 Santa Cruz Warriors game at Chase Center will go on sale today, October 21, at 10 a.m., and may be purchased here or calling 1-888-GSW-HOOP. The Warriors have adopted all-in pricing, which means the initial price displayed when browsing tickets is inclusive of all service fees, and no additional charges are added during the purchase flow.
During the 2023-24 season, the Santa Cruz Warriors defeated the Rio Grande Valley Vipers, 112-105, at Chase Center on March 10, 2024, in front of a crowd of 13,231 fans. Forward Gui Santos led the team with 26 points. Guard Jerome Robinson (16 points), forward Jackson Rowe (15 points), guard Javonte Green (14 points), and guard Yuri Collins (10 points) all had double digit performances off the bench in the Warriors seven-point victory.
The Santa Cruz Warriors will open their 2024-25 season at Kaiser Permanente Arena, home of the Santa Cruz Warriors, on Friday, November 8, at 7 p.m. against the Valley Suns.
The Golden State Warriors have signed center-forward Quinten Post and guards Reece Beekman and Pat Spencer to two-way contracts. Led by second year head coach Nicholas Kerr, the team will begin Training Camp on Monday, October 28, at Kaiser Permanente Arena.
The Santa Cruz Warriors were named the NBA G League Franchise of the Year following the 2017-18, 2020-21, 2021-22 and 2023-24 seasons for their contributions on the court and throughout the Santa Cruz community.
