
Erin Dangerfield and Ay’Anna Moody Named to San Francisco Business Times’ 2026 Most Influential Women in Bay Area Business List
Golden State Senior Vice President of People and Culture Erin Dangerfield and Golden State Community Foundation Executive Director Ay’Anna Moody have been named to the San Francisco Business Times’ 2026 Most Influential Women in Bay Area Business list. Dangerfield, who is in her seventh season with the organization, oversees Golden State’s human resources operations. Moody, who is in her sixth season with the organization, leads the philanthropic arm of the Warriors and Valkyries.
Last week, Dangerfield and Moody were honored at the San Francisco Business Times’ annual celebration gala in San Francisco.
With over 20 years of human resources experience, Dangerfield oversees the company’s talent acquisition, diversity, equity and inclusion, employee experience, labor relations, internal communications, workplace experience, and human resources operations for all Golden State full-time and part-time employees working across business, arena, and basketball operations. Additionally, as a native of Oakland, she gives back to the community as vice chair of the board of the East Oakland Youth Development Center. In 2021, Dangerfield was named to San Francisco Business Times’ 40 Under 40 List.
In her role leading the Golden State Community Foundation, Moody manages fundraising, grantmaking, philanthropic partnerships, and initiatives that provide critical resources to students, educators, and nonprofit organizations within Alameda and San Francisco Counties. Last fall, under her leadership, the Foundation surpassed $50 million in cumulative impact since its inception in 2012, granting a record $4 million to 62 nonprofits as part of its annual grants slate. Earlier this year, the Foundation raised a record $5 million at the 12th Annual Warriors Charity Poker Tournament.
