The performances are a part of Elton John’s final tour titled “Farewell Yellow Brick Road.” The legendary artist is sure to rock the house at Chase Center, but before the shows begin, here are some interesting facts about Elton John’s final tour.
- On January 24, 2018, at a marquee event at Gotham Hall in New York City, and simultaneously transmitted to venues in Los Angeles and London, Elton announced his final world tour: “Farewell Yellow Brick Road.”
- Elton John teamed with Spinfex Group, a digital production company, to create the unique launch video for his global tour.
- The Farewell Yellow Brick Road tour began on September 8, 2018.
- Elton John revealed that it would take three years to complete the global tour.
- The tour is traveling to five continents, North America, South America, Europe, Asia, and Australia.
