Chase Center’s first concert is finally here! Metallica and the San Francisco Symphony are set to open Chase Center this Friday in grand fashion, but before attendees get ready to rock out, here is some useful information to know before heading to the event.

Chase Center is a Transit First-destination so with that in mind, Muni is offering free rides for those attending Chase Center events. Just simply present your event ticket and you will be on your way to Chase Center for free!
Parking at Chase Center

The Will Call/Box Office is located within Chase Center’s West Entrance on Third Street and will be open beginning at 10:00 AM for will call pickup.

Get There Early
We are expecting a sold out crowd for this first concert at Chase Center, so please plan accordingly. Get there early and take a walk around the building. Soak in the views from different vantage points, visit the Olafur Eliasson’s Seeing spheres art installation outside of the East Entrance on Terry Francois Boulevard at 16th Street and just familiarize yourself with the venue; doors open at 6:30 pm.
Suggested Uber Hack
Taking Uber to the show? When you’re ready to request your Uber, simply enter “Chase Center” as your destination. Chase Center’s official drop-off and pick-up location is located along Terry Francois Boulevard. The Uber app will show you the best places to get picked up, but with so many people using ride share options after an event, we suggest walking toward the 4th and King Caltrain station to make it easier to get an Uber. If you are new to Uber, choose one of Uber’s new user promo codes and get up to $25 off your first rides.
Don’t Fear the Phone Battery Running Low
RingCentral free charging stations for your phones are located throughout the arena. Charging stations are located at the West Entrance, East Entrance and Portal 46 on the Upper Concourse on the sixth floor.

Yes, Chase Center will be home to world class entertainment. And yes, the food within the building will live up to those standards with popular Bay Area dining establishments having locations inside Chase Center. The famous fried chicken sandwiches from Oakland’s Bakesale Betty (Main Concourse on third floor, Portal 10), the international award-winning pizza from Tony Gemignani (Main Concourse on third floor, Portal 11) and incredible seafood options from Sam’s Chowder House of Half Moon Bay (Upper Concourse on sixth floor, Portal 50) are just some of the well-known food options within Chase Center. Take a walk along the main and upper concourses to your culinary delights and take note of the spots you want to visit during your next trip to Chase Center!
Free Refills
Need some refreshments to wash down the delicious food? You’re in luck since after the purchase of a fountain beverage within Chase Center, a guest may refill their beverage free of charge at one of the hydration stations located throughout the arena. Hydration stations can be found on the Main Concourse on the third floor at Portals 9, 11, 20, and 23. The Upper Councourse on the sixth floor contains hydration stations at Portals 43, 46, 49, 52, 56, and 59. Hydration stations are also located inside the Budweiser Legends Club (Club Level on second floor), United Club (Main Concourse), and Pepsi Club (Theater Box Level on fifth floor).

Get Official Metallica Tour merchandise at the Chase Center at Thrive City Plaza, also located on the Main Concourse on the third floor at Portals 10 and 21 as well the Upper Councourse on the sixth floor at Portals 46, 47, and 53.
Pack Light
Leave the bag at home if possible and expedite your trip through security lines. All bags will be screened prior to entry into Chase Center. Backpacks of any size and all bags exceeding L14” x W14”x H6” are prohibited. However, if you do bring a bag, note that a bag check is available on the exterior of Chase Center on Warriors Way.
Lose Something? No Problem
During an event, you may inquire about lost and found items at our Guest Services Stations located on the Main Concourse directly above West Entrance and Portal 47. Following an event, all unclaimed items are logged by Security and secured for 30 days. For inquiries following an event, please contact Security.
