Know Before You Go: Santana

The Supernatural Now Tour 2019 continues as Santana, featuring special guests WAR, head to Chase Center this Tuesday. Before the show, take note of some useful information to know before heading to the event.

FREE MUNI!!!!
Chase Center is a Transit First-destination so with that in mind, Muni is offering free rides for those attending Chase Center events. Just simply present your event ticket and you will be on your way to Chase Center for free!

Take the Ferry to Chase Center
Ferry service for all Warriors games and select concerts will be in effect via San Francisco Bay Ferry (Oakland – Jack London Square; Alameda – Main Street Alameda Terminal) and Golden Gate Ferry (Larkspur). Both services will drop Chase Center-bound guests off at Pier 48.5, which is located about a half-mile north of the arena on Terry Francois Boulevard. Parking at Chase Center
Two of the most effective means of public transportation to Chase Center are the BART and Muni systems. Check out the Chase Center transportation guide for complete info, and if you choose to drive, there are parking options within 3/4 mile of Chase Center. Pre-pay for your parking spot now at preferred lots or other lots.

The Will Call/Box Office is located within Chase Center’s West Entrance on 3rd Street and will be open beginning at 10:00 a.m. for will call pickup.

Get There Early
Take a walk around Chase Center. Soak in the views from different vantage points like a look at the Bay on the Esplanade, visit the Olafur Eliasson’s Seeing spheres art installation outside of the East Entrance on Terry Francois Boulevard at 16th Street and just familiarize yourself with the venue; doors open at 6:30 p.m.

Suggested Uber Hack
Taking Uber to the show? When you’re ready to request your Uber, simply enter “Chase Center” as your destination. Chase Center’s official drop-off and pick-up location is located along Terry Francois Boulevard. The Uber app will show you the best places to get picked up, but with so many people using ride share options after an event, we suggest walking toward the 4th and King Caltrain station to make it easier to get an Uber. If you are new to Uber, choose one of Uber’s new user promo codes and get up to $25 off your first rides.

ATM Locations
Chase ATM’s are located at the West Lobby, East Lobby, Main Concourse on the third floor near the United Club, and on the Upper Concourse on the sixth floor at Portal 46.

Don’t Fear the Phone Battery Running Low
RingCentral free charging stations for your phones are located throughout the arena. Charging stations are located at the West Entrance, East Entrance and Portal 46 on the Upper Concourse on the sixth floor.

Come for the Concert, Stay for the Food!
Yes, Chase Center will be home to world class entertainment. And yes, the food within the building will live up to those standards with popular Bay Area dining establishments having locations inside Chase Center. Delicious handmade tacos from San Francisco’s Tacolicious (Main Concourse on third floor, the United Club on Portal 2 and another location on Portal 23), award-winning seafood dishes from Sam's ChowderHouse (Main Concourse on third floor, Portal 22 and Upper Councourse on sixth floor, Portal 50), and fresh food from the Kaiser Healthy Pics cart (Main Concourse on third floor, Portal 20) are just some of the well-known food options within Chase Center. Take a walk along the main and upper concourses to your culinary delights and take note of the spots you want to visit during your next trip to Chase Center!

Free Refills
Need some refreshments to wash down the delicious food? You’re in luck since after the purchase of a fountain beverage within Chase Center, a guest may refill their beverage free of charge at one of the hydration stations located throughout the arena. Hydration stations can be found on the Main Concourse on the third floor at Portals 9, 11, 20, and 23. The Upper Councourse on the sixth floor contains hydration stations at Portals 43, 46, 49, 52, 56, and 59. Hydration stations are also located inside the Budweiser Legends Club (Club Level on second floor), United Club (Main Concourse), and Pepsi Club (Theater Box Level on fifth floor).

Santana Merch
Official Santana merchandise can be found on the West Concourse terrace above the 3rd Street/Warriors Way entrance. Merchandise will also be available on the Main Concourse on the third floor at Portal 10 as well as on the Upper Councourse on the sixth floor at Portal 46.

Pack Light
Leave the bag at home if possible and expedite your trip through security lines. All bags will be screened prior to entry into Chase Center. Backpacks of any size and all bags exceeding 14"x6"x14" are prohibited. However, if you do bring a bag, note that a bag check is available on the exterior of Chase Center on Warriors Way.

Lose Something? No Problem
During an event, you may inquire about lost and found items at our Guest Services Stations located on the Main Concourse directly above West Entrance and Portal 52.
