It was a thrilling night for Chase Center artists at the American Music Awards. Here is a quick recap of the event.
Billie Eilish opened the show by winning the award for Favorite Artist - Alternative Rock and also took home the award for New Artist of the Year. Eilish also made her debut performance on the AMAs with a fiery rendition of her song "All the Good Girls Go to Hell.”
The Jonas Brothers were not on hand for the AMAs in Los Angeles, but the group still managed to put on a stellar live performance from their tour stop in Boston thanks to T-Mobile.
Country stars Dan + Shay claimed their first-ever AMA by winning the award for Favorite Duo or Group - Country and topped their night off by also winnings the award for Favorite Song – Country, for their hit single "Speechless.” The duo thanked their fans for voting and “always having [their] backs.”
Camila Cabello had a memorable night thanks to a sultry performance of “Señorita” with Shawn Mendes and snagging the award for Collaboration of the Year.
Post Malone also had a huge night at the AMAs. He won the award for Favorite Album - Hip Hop and treated the crowd to a performance alongside Travis Scott and special guest Ozzy Osborne.
The American Music Awards proved to be a night of musical artistry and a huge congratulations is warranted for all of the Chase Center artists involved in the event.
