In celebration of World Mental Health Day, we’ll be hosting an event filled with activations to help feel like your best self.
Take part in these activities:
- Gentle Stretching Movements: A certified yoga instructor will lead you through gentle stretches to help release tension, improve flexibility, and promote overall well-being.
- Reiki Sound Healing with Sound Bowl and Harp: Experience the soothing and healing vibrations of the soundbowl and harp, promoting relaxation and balance in the body and mind.
- Reiki Massage: Certified Reiki practitioners will offer mini Reiki sessions to provide energy healing and promote deep relaxation and dress relief
- Melt Away Stress: Indulge in some much-needed relaxation and enjoy free chair massages to release tension and rejuvenate your body.
- Discover & Connect: Visit our vendors to connect with experts who can help you on your wellness journey.
- Also enjoy live music and family-friendly crafts and activities

Space is limited to first-come, first-served.
Prohibited Items & Activities at Thrive City:
- No weapons of any kind
- No alcohol brought onto the plaza
- All pets* on a leash
- No coolers
- No lawn chairs
- Face coverings are not permitted (medical, surgical, and other safety related masks are permitted inside). Limited face paint will be accepted.
- No panhandling, solicitation, or loitering
- No smoking of any kind
- No amplified sound
- No drones
- No bicycles, skateboards, roller blades or scooters (bicycles can be locked at any rack on the street around the venue)
- No motorized vehicles
- No pamphlets or product samples
- No overnight camping
- No tents
- All garbage, bottles, cans, paper, or other waste matter should be placed in designated trash and recycling receptacles
- No trespassing when Thrive City is closed
- Any other prohibited items, activity, or behaviors deemed unsafe or unacceptable by Chase Center Management
*Trained service animals are welcome on Thrive City, provided they remain on a leash, tether or in a harness at all times unless these devices interfere with the service animal’s work or the person’s disability prevents use of these devices. A guest whose service animal poses a threat to the safety of other Thrive City guests or Team Members, may be asked to escort the animal(s) off the premises.
