
World Mental Health Day Celebration

In celebration of World Mental Health Day, we're kicking off the week by hosting an event filled with activities to help you feel like your best self, featuring a special appearance by Warriors legend Adonal Foyle!
Enjoy a Yoga and Sound Healing Class led by Vennu Yoga:
- Gentle Stretching Movements: A certified yoga instructor will lead you through gentle stretches to help release tension, improve flexibility, and promote overall well-being. The first 100 class participants will receive a free mat from Kaiser Permanente. While supplies last. Make sure to bring your own mat just in case!
- Sound Healing with Sound Bowl and Harp: Experience the soothing and healing vibrations of the sound bowl and harp, promoting relaxation and balance in the body and mind.
Take part in more wellness activities:
- Juice & Co: First 200 participants will receive a free juice OR acai bowl.
- Massage: Certified practitioners will offer mini massage sessions to provide energy healing and promote deep relaxation and stress relief.
- Melt Away Stress: Indulge in some much-needed relaxation and enjoy free chair massages to release tension and rejuvenate your body.
- Discover & Connect: Visit our vendors to connect with experts who can help you on your wellness journey.

Parking is now available seven days a week at the Chase Center Garage (CCG) located at 99 Warriors Way. Visit our parking page for more details.
Space is limited to first-come, first-served.
Prohibited Items & Activities at Thrive City:
- No weapons of any kind
- No alcohol brought onto the plaza
- All pets* on a leash
- No coolers
- No lawn chairs
- Face coverings are not permitted (medical, surgical, and other safety related masks are permitted inside). Limited face paint will be accepted.
- No panhandling, solicitation, or loitering
- No smoking of any kind
- No amplified sound
- No drones
- No bicycles, skateboards, roller blades or scooters (bicycles can be locked at any rack on the street around the venue)
- No motorized vehicles
- No pamphlets or product samples
- No overnight camping
- No tents
- All garbage, bottles, cans, paper, or other waste matter should be placed in designated trash and recycling receptacles
- No trespassing when Thrive City is closed
- Any other prohibited items, activity, or behaviors deemed unsafe or unacceptable by Chase Center Management
*Trained service animals are welcome on Thrive City, provided they remain on a leash, tether or in a harness at all times unless these devices interfere with the service animal’s work or the person’s disability prevents use of these devices. A guest whose service animal poses a threat to the safety of other Thrive City guests or Team Members, may be asked to escort the animal(s) off the premises.
