Ready to step into Sunday feeling refreshed so you're energized for the week ahead? Join us for Weekend Wellness, presented by Kaiser Permanente, an experience designed to help you and the family refresh, revive, and reset before the week officially begins.
Get ready for a morning filled with exciting activities:
- Kickboxing & Yoga Fusion Silent Disco: Bring your mat and start your day strong with a 50-minute class by Vennu Yoga. Do your workout alongside Warriors legend Festus Ezeli who will be making a special appearance! The first 100 participants will receive a free mat from Kaiser Permanente. While supplies last.
- Kids’ Zone: Bring the family and enjoy the jungle gym, balloon artists and face painters!
- Melt Away Stress: Indulge in some much-needed relaxation and enjoy free chair massages to release tension and rejuvenate your body.
- Scavenger Hunt: Stop by different areas of the event to earn a stamp. Complete the hunt and receive a gift!
- Nourish Your Body: Explore our Farmer's Market, farm-fresh produce to fuel your healthy lifestyle. Plus, get ready for a special treat – Wellness Bucks will be distributed for you to spend on market goodies! First come, first served. While supplies last.
- Discover & Connect: Visit our Health and Fitness tents to connect with experts who can help you on your wellness journey.

Space is limited to first-come, first-served.
Prohibited Items & Activities at Thrive City:
- No weapons of any kind
- No alcohol brought onto the plaza
- All pets* on a leash
- No coolers
- No lawn chairs
- Face coverings are not permitted (medical, surgical, and other safety related masks are permitted inside). Limited face paint will be accepted.
- No panhandling, solicitation, or loitering
- No smoking of any kind
- No amplified sound
- No drones
- No bicycles, skateboards, roller blades or scooters (bicycles can be locked at any rack on the street around the venue)
- No motorized vehicles
- No pamphlets or product samples
- No overnight camping
- No tents
- All garbage, bottles, cans, paper, or other waste matter should be placed in designated trash and recycling receptacles
- No trespassing when Thrive City is closed
- Any other prohibited items, activity, or behaviors deemed unsafe or unacceptable by Chase Center Management
*Trained service animals are welcome on Thrive City, provided they remain on a leash, tether or in a harness at all times unless these devices interfere with the service animal’s work or the person’s disability prevents use of these devices. A guest whose service animal poses a threat to the safety of other Thrive City guests or Team Members, may be asked to escort the animal(s) off the premises.
