The Golden State Warriors and Golden State Valkyries are excited to bring back a Reading Celebration to Thrive City at Chase Center as part of the Read to Achieve Program presented by Ross Stores. The free community event will take place on May 16th from 12pm-3pm. Join us and check out special appearances, music, reading, games, giveaways, and much more! Join the Warriors and Valkyries to celebrate literacy among Bay Area students (ages 3–12). All fans are welcome!
Parking is now available seven days a week at the Chase Center Garage (CCG) located at 99 Warriors Way. Visit our parking page for more details.
Space is limited to first-come, first-served.

Prohibited Items & Activities at Thrive City:
- No weapons of any kind
- No alcohol brought onto the plaza
- All pets* on a leash
- No coolers
- No lawn chairs
- Face coverings are not permitted (medical, surgical, and other safety related masks are permitted inside). Limited face paint will be accepted.
- No panhandling, solicitation, or loitering
- No smoking of any kind
- No amplified sound
- No drones
- No bicycles, skateboards, roller blades or scooters (bicycles can be locked at any rack on the street around the venue)
- No motorized vehicles
- No pamphlets or product samples
- No overnight camping
- No tents
- All garbage, bottles, cans, paper, or other waste matter should be placed in designated trash and recycling receptacles
- No trespassing when Thrive City is closed
- Any other prohibited items, activity, or behaviors deemed unsafe or unacceptable by Chase Center Management
*Trained service animals are welcome on Thrive City, provided they remain on a leash, tether or in a harness at all times unless these devices interfere with the service animal’s work or the person’s disability prevents use of these devices. A guest whose service animal poses a threat to the safety of other Thrive City guests or Team Members, may be asked to escort the animal(s) off the premises.
