
Hoop It Up: 3x3 Basketball Tournament

Calling all basketball fans! The iconic Hoop It Up 3x3 Basketball Tournament is returning to Thrive City on Saturday, September 5!
Hoop It Up, the popular 3x3 basketball tour established in 1989 and owned by NBA legend Kevin Garnett, will bring the fun to Thrive City with recreational divisions from ages 10 to 18+ as well as adult divisions at all levels of competition, including Pro-Am. The tournament consists of a maximum five players per team roster with three players on the court and two optional substitutes. Each participating team is guaranteed at least four games during the tournament, and the first team to get to 21 points wins that game.

Prohibited Items & Activities at Thrive City:
- No weapons of any kind
- No alcohol brought onto the plaza
- All pets* on a leash
- No coolers
- No lawn chairs
- Face coverings are not permitted (medical, surgical, and other safety related masks are permitted inside). Limited face paint will be accepted.
- No panhandling, solicitation, or loitering
- No smoking of any kind
- No amplified sound
- No drones
- No bicycles, skateboards, roller blades or scooters (bicycles can be locked at any rack on the street around the venue)
- No motorized vehicles
- No pamphlets or product samples
- No overnight camping
- No tents
- All garbage, bottles, cans, paper, or other waste matter should be placed in designated trash and recycling receptacles
- No trespassing when Thrive City is closed
- Any other prohibited items, activity, or behaviors deemed unsafe or unacceptable by Chase Center Management
*Trained service animals are welcome on Thrive City, provided they remain on a leash, tether or in a harness at all times unless these devices interfere with the service animal’s work or the person’s disability prevents use of these devices. A guest whose service animal poses a threat to the safety of other Thrive City guests or Team Members, may be asked to escort the animal(s) off the premises.
