Arena Caliente - West Plaza
Grupo Arena Caliente "Hot Sand" was created in 1974 by it's founders Francisco Guzman and Rene Chaidez and 3 members...recorded an album with a bay area hit "UN AMORCITO TENGO TENGO","LINDO SAN FRANCISCO" and other in same album for "F.O.M. RECORDS" out of Los Angeles, CA followed by a single "MI ERROR" late 70s . The new leader of the band APOLINAR "POLO" ANDRADE is the bass player and singer who joined the group in late 1982 and in 1983 Francisco Guzman decided to relocate to Zacatecas,Mexico.
Carlos Ramirez - Harmonic
Carlos Ramirez singer guitarist bassist percussionist multi-instrumental list was born in Colombia raised in Puerto Rico and has been a musician steadily for over 40 years in the Bay area Carlos Ramirez is highly sought in demand for different genres of Latin music from flamenco to salsa to Latin jazz and has performed at several Bay area locations including Yoshi's in Oakland and all the wineries in Napa wine country.
Eventbrite registration is highly recommended and will receive priority access to the event. If the event is sold out, limited walkup registrations may be available on a first-come, first-served basis day of the event.

- Non-surgical masks will not be allowed; guests must be easily identifiable. Limited face paint will be accepted.
- No Panhandling, solicitation, or loitering
- No Smoking of any kind
- No Amplified sound
- No Drones
- No Bicycles, skateboards, roller blades or scooters (bicycles can be locked at any rack on streets around the venue)
- No Motorized vehicles
- No Pamphlets or product samples
- No Overnight camping
- No Tents
- All Garbage, bottles, cans, paper, or other waste matter should be placed in designated trash and recycling receptacles
- No Trespassing when Thrive City is closed
- Any other prohibited items, activity, or behaviors deemed unsafe, or unacceptable by Chase Center Management
^^Trained service animals are welcome on Thrive City, provided they remain on a leash, tether or in a harness at all times unless these devices interfere with the service animal’s work or the person’s disability prevents use of these devices. A guest whose service animal poses a threat to the safety of other Thrive City guests or Team Members, may be asked to escort the animal(s) off the premises.
