Muni's Central Subway features the updated T Third route, which connects the new Chinatown - Rose Pak and Union Square/Market Street stations to Chase Center from the north and Sunnydale Station from the south. Additionally, the S Shuttle Mission Bay gets fans to Chase Center on event days.

The most common transfer point for those going to and from Chase Center via the Central Subway will be Powell Station.
