Accessible Parking: The Mercedes-Benz Garage at Chase Center has a limited number of ADA parking stalls available on a first come, first served basis. Arena Accessibility: All entrances into Chase Center are wheelchair accessible. We have designated specific ADA entry lines to ensure a smooth entry process.
Assisted Listening Devices: Assisted Listening Devices are available to guests at no charge for all Chase Center events. Assisted listening devices can be retrieved at the Guest Services kiosks located at Portal 13 and Portal 52. Valid identification, such as a driver’s license, will be required and held for the duration of the event to ensure the return of the device. Identification will be returned once the assisted listening device is returned.
Eatery Accessibility: All eateries have counters which are designed to
be accessible by wheelchair.
Disabled and Accessible Seating: Disabled and accessible seating
is available at Chase Center in all ticket price categories, based on
availability. Guests purchasing accessible seating may purchase
companion seating as well. Chase Center will attempt to reasonably
accommodate any concern regarding guests with disabilities.
Hearing Assistance: American Sign Language Interpreters are available upon request for certain Chase Center events. To schedule an ASL Interpreter for an upcoming event, please contact the Guest Experiences department at guestexperiences@warriors.com. Chase Center requests that guests provide a ten (10) business day notice prior to the event date in order to schedule an ASL Interpreter. Requests made inside of ten (10) business days does not guarantee an interpreter can be acquired.

Chase Center does not have a designated autograph location. When public autograph sessions are scheduled, these will be announced through media platforms in advance with specific guidelines.
All bags will be screened by Security prior to entry into Chase Center. Backpacks of any size and all bags exceeding L14” x W6” x H14” are prohibited from Chase Center. Bags deemed and accepted as medical bags must be searched and tagged by Security prior to entrance. Please note that some events may enforce a modified bag policy. Please see the specific event page or contact the Guest Experiences Team at GuestExperiences@Warriors.com for further information.
The bag check will be located on the exterior of Chase Center Arena on Warriors Way. All bags larger than 14" x 6" x 14" can be checked into bag check for a fee of $10.00. Bag Check is located on both Warriors Way and 16th St.
Backstage access for all events is arranged prior to each Chase Center event. Guests who are seeking access backstage/event level may only do so with the proper credential. Guests who are found backstage/event level without proper credential are subject to ejection and/or arrest.
For events occurring at Chase Center, a complimentary bicycle valet (for up to 300 bikes) is available to all guests on a first-come first-serve basis. The bicycle valet is located along 16th St. on the south side of Chase Center. Overflow bike racks will be made available at the Bike Valet. While the use of bicycles is permitted on surrounding surface streets, the use of bicycles on the Thrive City district is not permitted.
Binoculars and their cases are permitted for most events. All items are subject to search upon arrival.

Purchasing Tickets: Tickets for Chase Center events may be purchased online at chasecenter.com or warriors.com.
Chase Center reserves the right to examine and prohibit the use of any camera that conflicts with the policy set by the event. Cameras with professional/interchangeable lenses exceeding 3” in size will not be permitted, nor will monopods, tripods, selfie sticks or flash. Audio and video recording is strictly prohibited unless approved by the event. There are also instances when the artist prefers to perform in a phone-free environment; meaning cellphones, smart watches, cameras and recording devices will be prohibited.
Children under twenty-four (24) months of age are allowed entry into Chase Center without a ticket if accompanied by an adult with a valid ticket and must share the adult’s seat. Diaper bags accompanying the child are permitted as long as the comply with the bag policy, are subject to search and will be tagged.

Chase Center has partnered with TEAM Coalition to provide guests attending Golden State Warriors games a Designated Driver program. For Golden State Warriors games only, guests ages 21 years of age and older, may sign up to be the designated driver for their group at the West Concourse Terrace near Portal 13 to receive a free 12 oz fountain drink.
All guests must maintain reasonable and appropriate behavior at all times. Guests using offensive language or engaging in disorderly conduct may be ejected from Chase Center and may be subject to arrest. Ejected guests will not receive a refund for their tickets or be otherwise compensated in any way.

Please walk out towards the East Plaza to get to your ride hail option. Ride hail pickups will be located along Terry Francois Blvd. and will not be permitted along any other immediate curbs. If you prefer to walk/take the train to a location where it’s easier to ride hail, we encourage taking the train/walking along 4th St. towards the 4th and King Caltrain Station.
There are 11 guest elevators throughout Chase Center that allow access from the doors to every level. Upon arrival, speak with a Team Member for the most convenient elevator to access your seats.
In the event of an emergency, please observe the information displayed on the video board and announced on the public-address system and the assisted listening devices. Chase Center Team Members have been trained in evacuation procedures to ensure the security and safety of all guests, performers and Team Members.

There are 19 guest escalators throughout Chase Center connecting every floor from the Main Lobby to the Upper Concourse. For guests who wish to utilize stairs, there are a total of 8 stairwells available to the general public within Chase Center. Upon arrival, please ask a Chase Center team member for the most seamless path of travel to your seats.
Trained Emergency Medical Technicians (EMT) are available to assist any guest in need at all Chase Center events. Additionally, Chase Center is equipped with Automatic External Defibrillators (AED) located in various locations throughout the facility. Designated Team Members; including our EMT staff, have been properly trained and certified to use the AED. In the event of a medical emergency, please contact a member of our Guest Services or Security teams for assistance.

Lost children/guests should be reported to the Guest Services kiosks located at Portal 13, Portal 52 or to the nearest security officer. For safety reasons, Chase Center is unable to make an in-arena announcement for lost children or guests. Parents or guardians are encouraged to visit a Guest Services kiosk located at Portal 13 or Portal 52 to retrieve a Kid ID wristband for minors of all ages that details applicable parent or guardian contact information.

For your convenience, Chase Center has installed charging stations compatible with most cell phone devices. Charging stations are located at the West Entrance, East Entrance and Portal 46.
We encourage all guests to arrive early and travel light, as you are subject to search prior to entry. The following items are prohibited inside Chase Center:
All giveaway items will be distributed on the game day specified, when the arena doors open, on a first-come, first-served basis. Each ticketed guest will receive one (1) giveaway item (while supplies last). Guests with multiple tickets must exit and re-enter the arena in order to receive multiple giveaway items. Giveaway dates, items, and quantities are subject to change. The Golden State Warriors reserve the right to modify this policy at any time.
Two of the most effective means of public transportation to Chase Center are the BART and Muni Systems. Any Chase Center patron who shows his or her event ticket at Muni turnstiles and boarding platforms will be able toride Muni without charge. Both electronic and physical tickets for events-including Warriors basketball games, concerts and other events at Chase Center—will serve as proof of payment for Muni service throughout the day.
Additionally, ferry service from Oakland, Alameda and Larkspur is available for all Warriors home games and other select events via the Mission Bay Interim Ferry Landing at Pier 48 ½.

Chase Center has a “no re-entry” policy during all events at Chase Center. Guests who leave Chase Center during an event will not be admitted back for re-entry without an unused/unscanned ticket.
Unless otherwise specified by teams and/or event officials/management, guests may not bring any types of audio/video recording devices into Chase Center. These devices include, but are not limited to, video cameras, camcorders and audio recording devices.
You can surprise that special person in your life with a personalized scoreboard message at a Warriors home game! A limited number of messages are available and must be reserved by 12:00pm three (3) business days prior to the applicable game. Chase Center provides a Wellness Room (Portal 12) to help accommodate any specialized needs. Sensory friendly bags are available for rent at the Guest Services kiosks located at Portal 13 and Portal 52. Guests who rent a Sensory Bag will be required to leave a valid form of ID in exchange.
Unless otherwise specified by teams and/or event officials/management, Chase Center welcomes guests bringing small signs, banners, posters and flags inside the building to show fan support during events. The following guidelines relate to these items:
Chase Center is a smoke-free environment. All forms of smoking, including vaping and e-cigarettes, are prohibited inside the arena and anywhere on property. Smoking inside Chase Center will result in ejection.
The @warriors and @chasecenter actively post during events on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and Weibo. Tag #DubNation and @warriors in your posts while catching a Dubs game, or #NeverStopChasing and @chasecenter (Instagram: @chase_center) while at all other Chase Center events!
Guests are permitted to stand during an event or game provided that the guest only occupies the area in front of their ticketed seat. Standing in aisles or on chairs is strictly prohibited.

Chase Center has partnered with Verizon to provide guests with an in-event texting service, allowing guests to text issues to building management anonymously and discretely without having to leave the comfort of their seat. Does Chase Center offer building tours?
Because of the number of events that Chase Center hosts each year, there are no public fan tours offered at this time.
Guests needing to pick up tickets at Will Call should visit the Chase Center Box Office. The Box Office is located at the West Entrance. Please note that a form of photo identification is required in order to retrieve any tickets.
Complimentary Wifi is available to all guests entering Chase Center. Turn on Wifi on wireless devices and select "#XfinityWiFi@ChaseCenter" from the list of available networks.
Chase Center participates in the 50/50 Raffle every Warriors game with half of the proceeds benefiting a charity. Raffle tickets can be purchased from the kiosks located near Portal 18 and Portal 48, or through the mobile sellers that roam the concourses.
